We charge a flat rate of $9.95 per order for postage Australia-wide. All items are posted via Australia Post Standard Post – EXPRESS POST COMING SOON.
Free standard postage for all Australian orders over $100.
Orders will be processed and sent within 24 hours of confirmation, however we do not process on public holidays or weekends. Mama needs a break too.
Standard delivery can take approximately 3-7 business days, longer for regional areas. Please check Australia Post for delivery guidelines
Delivery of items is subject to Australia Post, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any lost packages.
If you’re not completely satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a store credit of the goods purchased. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchange. We simply ask for a few conditions to be met to ensure we can provide the credit to your account;
– Items must be returned within 14 days of the day it arrives to you
– Items are unused with all tags still attached
– Items as clean of makeup, fake tan, perfurmes, deodorants, smells or other marks
– Include returns form with item
Items will be checked to ensure they comply with the conditions and returned to the customer if not met. Cost of the return postage is at the customers expense and we highly recommend a trackable method as we cannot provide credits for items lost in transit. Any rewards points received for purchases will also be deducted once the credit has been applied. Processing of returns will take up to 4 working days once received. You can re-purchase items with your store credit.
If an item is faulty or damaged when delivered please email us and we will organise a return postage parcel.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue a refund.
